1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Head of Providers are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If a service does not start or is delivered incorrectly, users may contact our support team. We will review the issue and may offer a refill or service correction at our discretion.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate or accidental payments, users must contact us immediately. Approved duplicate payments may be credited to the user’s account balance but will not be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Fraud & Abuse

Any fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of our services will result in immediate account suspension without any refund.

5. Account Balance

Account balances added to Head of Providers are not refundable. Users are responsible for selecting the correct services before placing an order.

6. Changes to This Policy

Head of Providers reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
